Newbie from Columbia, South Carolina
Hello BP community! My name is Matt Hipp and I am a new investor in Columbia, SC. I am currently working in the Transportation Industry and I'm excited to get started in all aspects of REI to supplement my current income. I want to use wholesaling and fix and flips to fund my rental property portfolio. I've purchased my primary home, which was a Fannie Mae Foreclosure Renovation, and that is currently the extent of my experience. I came across BP via searching for REI topics online.
