Aloha! I am looking to learn more about investing in residential and possibly commercial real estate. I currently own 2 properties and I am looking to buy a 3rd with at least 2 rentals. I'd like to learn more about buying foreclosures/short sales and flipping. Look forward to meeting local people here in Hawaii.

Aloha, @Roy Skaggs. Welcome to BP. I live in San Diego, but I do a lot of flipping remotely (former Honolulu resident). Some of my acquisitions are short sales. What are some of your questions?
