New to BP Greensboro NC Area
Hello BP, My name is Quinton and I live in the Greensboro area of NC with my wife of 10 years and our 3 young kids. I am a med sales rep w 15 years in devices which I love and enjoy. We own two nice rentals that have been good experiences over the past 3 years. Closing on number 3 in Sept. Our goal is to gradually replace my income over 15 years w nice rent-generating properties w long-term tenants (which it seems there are plenty of in our area). Currently I am interested in solving two problems - reducing the amount spent on settlement fees at closing and also discovering a flip opportunity in our area. I need some experience with this so I recently started developing a strategy to find my first deal. I like cold calling and solving problems so Im sure it will come.
I listened to about 15 podcasts here on the recommendation of a friend so I thought it would be the right thing to do to participate rather than just stand outside...thanks for all the useful content.
