Hi,
I joined bigger pockets a few months ago and am loving all the information and motivation this site has to offer!
Background: I am a self employed healthcare pharmacy IT consultant working 80 hours a week by day and a real estate agent and investor on the side. I currently have 8 rental units but soon to be 16 ( in the process of building four more duplexes), and have one flip going. My properties are made up of 4 SFH and 2 duplexes (new construction). My strategy is to buy the SFH for appreciation (only buy in A and B areas) and build the duplexes for cash flow. I also have more land to build 12 duplexes/townhouses.
If I can help anyone out in anyway please let me know!
