  Well lets start with hello all, and thank you for allowing an opportunity for a very motivated young man to find some wisdom in this field.  My goal is to learn how to find properties with strong potential, and build the team needed to move on those properties.  Flipping and wholesaling residential property is where I expect I will want to focus my efforts but having now experience to speak of I am completely open to suggestions.  I have never been a stranger to hard work and will do whatever necessary to be successful.
