Evening everyone,

I have been really interested in real estate investing for a while now. I would just like to know your story on how you closed your first real estate deal.

I am more interested in small apartment buildings. If any of you are willing to mentor me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't just want to be the person who talked about what I wish could happen, but the person who actually went for it.

My name is Elizabeth Ortiz, I am 21 years old and really am motivated to get into this sometime in the beginning of next year.

Your opinions are greatly appreciated!

@Elizabeth Ortiz

Welcome to BP. Meeting with experienced investors is one good way to find a mentor, you can find a lot of them here https://www.biggerpockets.com/meet
