Newbie moved to Denver, CO
Hello BP,
This is my second new member introduction, but I just moved to Denver and still am a newbie.
I was introduced to real estate investing seven months ago when a fellow BP member told me about it and what he was doing. Since then I've been hooked trying to learn as much as possible through books, blogs, podcasts, and forums.
I work a full-time job (in finance) and am looking to initially start investing part time. My goal is to start with single family or small multiple family rental properties. My ultimate goal is to invest full time and eventually expand to other areas of investing. Many aspects of REI fascinate me, but I want to excel in one area first.
I would love to connect and chat with other investors in the area. I will also be attending the Denver meetup on September 12th. Looking forward to it!
