Hello from SoCal
My name is Matt From LA. I am happy to be a part of the Bigger Pockets Community. I have been interested in Real Estate investing for a while and didn't know how to get involved. After listening to the BP Podcast for a while I decided to join a few months ago.
I come from a family of investors who is trying to blaze a trail on my own. Most of my family is involved in commercial real estate. I am, however, much more interested in multifamily. I have read a lot, but that only takes one so far...and I'm now looking to purchase a property. My target is a 10+ unit multifamily B/C property. I have cash & credit but no real world knowledge on how to find deals. I am looking to build a network locally and across the country.
I look forward to hopefully meeting many like-minded investors in the BP community.
