Home Builder from southeast Georgia
My name is Chad Neal and I am a second generation new home builder on the coast here in Georgia. We hold 27 duplex properties, but those will be the retirement for my parents (1st gen). So technically I am a newbie, with some experience in property management, but more of a specialization in new home construction and residential rehab/renovation. I will probably be doing my first couple of deals and Fix and Flips to generate some cash for future Buy and Hold (rentals) properties. Love the Bigger Pockets Podcasts and forum!
