Good Morning everyone! Im getting closer to my first deal. But I hit a snag. As a wholesaler, I'm having an issue with knowing how to purchase foreclosures from banks. How much of a deposit do I put up, do I use transactional funding, who do I talk to, and or should I use direct mail with this property. Etc.....
