Hi,my name is Tom Underwood .I live in Mooresvlle, NC,but am from Winston-Salem ,NC. I have little experience in R.E. investing other than purchasing homes to live in.My goal is to buy a rental home within the next year.I plan to re - invest my cash flow into my next buy.Eventually I would like to create a cash flow of at least $1000.a month. I did a search on R.E. books and came across BP.com a week ago.I have been engrossed in the site ever since.I'm really glad I did.
