Hello Bigger Pockets,

I have recently moved to San Antonio, TX, and I'm interested in starting some networking. I'm new to the game of investing, but I do have one rental property under my belt. I'm interested in finding ways to invest while keeping my full-time job with the military.

I have a little bit of experience with the "buy and hold" strategy, but I would like to explore the idea of partnerships to expand my leverage.
