Hi everyone! I am a fairly new investor from Lancaster, Pa. interested in buy and hold properties. 

I grew up watching my dad invest in buy and hold properties while on a low income. I have seen the wealth building capabilities for him and others around me. I always knew it was something I wanted to explore for myself and I have enjoyed every aspect I've experienced so far.

I am hear to learn about real estate and network.
