Good evening. My name is Chris and I am new to the world of real estate investing. I am currently employed as a firefighter in Maryland and I am looking to get involved in real estate investing and flipping. I love my job but I am looking for that second income to provide for my family. I would love to turn this "second income" into something I can leave for generations. I am in a class coming in the end of September to then be able to take the licensing exam. I don't have any experience but have been reading as many books and blogs as I can. I thank you for the time in reading this introduction and I am looking forward to learning and hopefully, in the future, helping others.
