Hi, I'm Pat  from Anchorage, Alaska and bought my first house when I was 19. Open a Flooring store called Big Bobs Flooring at 20 and still running the shop and selling flooring. Bought my second house at 26 to flip but turn into a rental then later the house I moved into. At 31 bought the building to put Big Bobs Flooring into.  14,000 sqft.

First apartment building (9plex) at 35 and also race the Baja 1000 and still do that today. Second apartment building (8plex) at 37. Third apartment building (26plex) at 39.  Bought my GA house at 40 and turn into a rental. Then sold my 8plex 2 years ago. Just bought a 10plex July this year. I manage all the rental with my wife. My goal is to grow to 100+units and looking to buy more mom and pops apartments.

@Pat Bell  Sounds great man!  If you don't mind my asking, how were you able to buy those apartments every two years?  I'm looking for under 20 unit buildings now, and am looking at 20-25% down.  Were you able to cross-collateralize?
