Hi All, I'm a new member from metro Detroit. I'm interested in rental properties in the downriver area. Back in 2005 I invested in real estate to not much success. I've worked hard since then to bring myself back and learn from the mistakes of my past and understand this business the right way. My goal is to purchase rental properties to supplement my current income. I plan on funneling the cash flow into my retirement accounts as I got a slow start after returning to school later in life. I'm excited to learn from the many members on these forums as well as give back any experience I've gained. Thanks!
