New investor from Orlando, Florida
Hello Everyone!
I’m new to the site and welcome the opportunity to learn from all of you and provide support to you as much as I can.
I'm a new investor from the Orlando, Florida area (live in Maitland). I work as a team with my girlfriend and we're mainly interested in buy and hold multi-family properties on the smaller end (duplex, triplex up to 15 units). We're actively educating ourselves about real estate investing by reading, listening to podcasts and talking to as many people as we can. We joined our local REIA (CFRI) which has provided a great foundation to develop our knowledge.
