Hello! Just introducing myself to the community. New to this and open to learning as much as I can. Interested in multi-unit properties with instant cashflow. No background in real estate. Law school graduate with a 9 to 5 in labor. College English professor and run an after school program for kids. Looking to do real estate investing full time and the goal is to do six figures a month in 5 years or less. Thanks for this resource!
