Hello, I'm new here
Hello there, my wife and I are interested in getting started in real estate. Mostly buy and hold, with the possibility of the occasional flip. We are under no false impressions regarding the amount of work involved and the bumps in the road ahead, so I greatly value anything I can learn here. Thanks!
