Hello everyone,

My name is Christopher and I am currently an Architectural and Urban Designer at an architectural firm in Miami; with three and a half years of experience in various projects ranging from 12-acre master planning , luxury single-family homes,  and  mixed-use commercial developments.  My speciality is creating value through design of real estate with feasibility and initial design studies.  I have wealth of knowledge of Miami 21, and the city of Miami Beach zoning and planning codes.    

I had purchased a vacant parcel in Miami Shores at 861 NE 91st Terrace; where I created a Miami Shores approved entitlement package for a modern home design.  I used the package to market the sale of that property. My interest is to continue purchasing land to create valuable designs and multi-tenant rental properties.  With one tenant property located in Estero, FL; I am looking to add more.

My website illustrates my ability to create valuable designs.  The website is still under construction as new items are being added.
