Hello All!
My name is Matt Boyle and Im a 27 year old from Chicago. I have a professional background in real estate appraisal; however, Im looking to make a transition to real estate investing! Im excited and determined to make this new venture a major success! With that being said I am a total novice but learning A LOT every day.
I stumbled upon BP while searching for a mentor/coach and wow what a treasure chest of information! A very solid resource! I plan to be an active member and learn as much as possible from this site and the people here.
My strategy is to begin wholesaling to build capital for larger projects like rehabbing/rental properties. Since I am new to this I would love to find some local players to bounce ideas off of or even partner with on my first few deals. I look forward to connecting and hopefully doing business with some of you!
