Newbie from Memphis, Tennessee
Hi everyone, my name is James Martin. I am from Memphis and have been investing in real estate for 5yrs now. My wife and I have mainly been rehabbing and doing rentals. We did pretty well until the market changed so now we are looking for new opportunities. I"m looking forward to meeting new friends and learning new techniques and getting fresh ideals from you all. For a while I have been studying William Tingle (Sub2) book, and currently working on a few and I do mean a few assignment deals. We have a small remodeling Company (mainly cosmetics, minor structure) that we would love to in the future start doing spec building. SORRY for the long post but I'm from Memphis and I type SLOW :D .
