Saying Hi
Hello. I am new to this community. My husband and I are in the process of selling our hotel and relocating to the Myrtle Beach area. We are hoping to purchase a couple of rental properties to supplement our income as he officially retires (for the third time). Currently we are in the research stage as we won't close on our property here until Spring. I wanted to say hello. Also I am looking at Conway SC as a potential market so if anyone has any insight on the area it would be appreciated.
