Real Estate Philadelphia

Hi everyone!

My name is Jake and I've been interested in real estate for a number of years but after picking up The Book on Rental Property Investing this past month, learning about it has become kind of an addiction... Hence why its 2:30 AM and I'm up thinking about real estate...

I am currently living in the Philadelphia area and interested in fixer-uppers that I can buy and then rent out. I was wondering if anyone had insight into which towns near Philly you would consider best for this strategy and what websites/tools you use to determine where to do so?

Thanks for your help!

Jake

I use city data a lot to find out about the demographics of an area. I'd copy and paste the link for you but I'm on my phone. Just google city data and it should be the first one.
