Hi, I'm Bill.  Actually, I guess I'm a pre-New Guy.  I'm trying to determine if real estate rentals are right for me.  I'm doing a bit of reading currently, and I'm liking what I'm learning.  I have an 8-to-5, but will need to supplement my income when I retire a decade or more down the road -- not to mention the need to put my daughter through college in a few years!  Be gentle with any stupid questions I may have.  :)
