Hello from the Motor City
Hello my name is Bill W. and I'm a new to the world of real estate investment. Over the last several months I've purchased two rental properties in the Detroit Metro area. Both properties are rented with great tenants...and I'm currently looking for a third property. Thinking of a multi-family purchase. This site has been great and I've learned a lot with and have a lot more to learn.
