New Member in Northeast Ohio
Hey everyone! I'm Shane, a complete newbie in the Cleveland area. I'm very excited to start my real estate investing journey! I work full time in healthcare, and I'm starting this to hopefully become self-employed and financially independent. Right now I am trying to gather as much information as I can and educate myself while I look for that first deal. I am leaning toward starting out with the buy and hold strategy, there are a lot of affordable multi-family properties in my area and I would love own a few as rental properties to start out.
