Transplanted Texan stuck in Georgia

Well, I grew up south of Atlanta and been here most of my life, but plan on getting back to Texas eventually.  I am just starting to learn as much as I can about real estate investing with a goal of supplementing my income after retirement.  It seams like the more I learn, the more I realize I have so much more to learn.

Thanks,  Ryan

hey ryan, from all the material you have read and researched so far,  is there any particular area that interests you the most?

In other words, are you interested in fix and flip model?

Wholesale/assigning model?

Landlording?

Commercial?

There are many areas to specialize in, but it all comes down to What you have the most interest in..and see yourself doing.....

Don't let all the information overload you, pick an area to focus on and go from there.

R.
