Hi all! I'm Jake, I'm literally just starting out. I've been trying to educate myself as much as possible over the passed few months. Learning terminology and niches etc.. (mainly here on bigger pockets) I'm located in Avon, IN. I would be more than happy to see if I could somehow add some value to someone near me to bounce ideas off of and simply soak up as much as I can in exchange for whatever I may be able to assist in so that I can start taking action in a dedicated direction. As much as I've studied so far - I'm definitely still a bit overwhelmed.
