Hello, my name is JohnPaul Tonry, and I am currently trying to learn as much about real estate as possible. I firmly believe the buy and hold strategy with rentals properties is the best way to approach long term wealth, but I am looking for professional advice as to what would the best way to start in real estate investing, and what the best long term wealth route would be with real estate!

If you have any opinions/concepts or any other professional advice, I would be more than happy and to hear and learn as much as possible!

Thank you for your help, interest and time!
