Taking the leap in Columbus, Ohio

My name is Chad and I'm a new real estate investor from Columbus. I am just getting started in the process, but my wife and I are committed to purchasing our first rental property. I just finished reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and am currently addicted to all the archived podcasts on BP. I'm angry at myself for not discovering BP years ago! I look forward to reaching out to the "experts" in here as I progress through my journey.

I found BP in about 2009. Took me till 2013 to really get running but now I'm going full force ahead and feel I'm doing well.
