Hi Everyone!

My name is Colin Tse, and I'm currently living in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  I joined BP fairly recently and am new to real estate.  The past month or so, I have started educating myself as much as I can by listening to the podcasts, reading, and speaking with agents who are involved with investing.

I'm currently working a full time job as an engineer, and would like to start to get involved with real estate part time.  My current plan is to target a buy and hold strategy.  I've started touring properties in order to help myself get a sense of the market in the suburbs outside Boston.  I'm mainly interested in multi-family properties but am open to other possibilities.

I am also looking for a mentor who can share some of their wisdom, and would love to meet like minded people in the area.

Any tips for a newbie would be appreciated!

Look forward to meeting and talking to people on the BP forums!

Colin
