New member from Southern Illinois
Hello BP world. We are new to investing in real estate and have been trying to educate ourselves. I have listened to the first 128 podcasts and plan on finishing the rest. We are looking to invest in single families and small apartments or duplexes. We are open to buy and hold or fix and flip type properties. BP has been great so far and can't wait to learn more from everyone on the site. Thanks
