As you can see by my profile pic, a lucky four-leaf clover can be bigger and better! I find them very often. So now I want to learn to find real estate deals and make them happen. I love finding people that need help escaping foreclosure or selling fast. I have a seller right now that needs to get out by month's end and I could use some guidance to get the deal.
My short history-
To supplement my J.O.B. income, I have built a new home and rehabbed homes while living in them. All transactions up to this point have been traditional retail. My goal is to accelerate this work and make real estate investing my primary income. I will have my contractors license by years end (2016) to further diversify my portfolio.
I'm interested in wholesale flipping and rehab flipping, then try my hand at buy and hold assets.
