New Investor in Cincinnati
Hi! I am a former accountant/financial analyst and current stay-at-home mom. My husband and I are interested in investing in rental real estate (initially buy and hold) in order to supplement our retirement (which is about 20 years from now). Our short term goal is to buy our first property within the next year. I have always loved the idea of owning rental property, but I have no experience in real estate outside of owning our own home. Looking forward to learning more!
