Hi There, Hope everybody is enjoying there day. My name is Alfred Clarke. I'm originally from New York but I am currently living in Philadelphia. I am new to Real Estate Investing but I have been doing a lot of reading and research and I am ready to start my career in real estate investing. I'm a 24 year old Temple graduate and I tired of working for other people. I am looking to work for myself and I want to eventually start up my own real estate business. To start out though, I want to get into wholesaling. From most information that I have read this seem to be a smart way to start especially when you have limited income. I still have a lot a questions and I would appreciate any help and advice to help me get started and moving in the right directions. One specific question I have is about how to create wholesale contract so if anybody can help me out with that, that would be amazing. I look forward to talking to you all. Thanks Al

24 and already "tired" of working for somebody??? haha you gotta pay your dues first man!! ha just kidding. It took me over 15 years working in the corporate world to come to that same conclusion so congrats on getting their sooner.

Here's what I will tell you....wholesaling is a sales and marketing business. Just like running any other business, you have to know how to market yourself otherwise how else will you get the phone to ring? Without a marketing budget and spending money, how are people gonna know you exist??

My advice to you is to polish your skill set and refine your goals. Having a "real estate business" doesn't make sense. Real estate business doing what? Building? Selling? Flipping?? Renting? All the above?? The best way to get help is to narrow down your goals and be more specific about what your looking to do.
