New Member in Placencia, Belize
Hey All!
I am glad to finally get started with the Bigger Pockets community! I have heard a lot of good things and wanted to jump on the bandwagon myself. I am actually very excited and hope to be very active here. I have been browsing a lot of discussions and noticed a lack of conversation in the area I am most knowledgeable in. Placencia, Belize. As one of the "Hot spots" for people looking for very high class Belize opportunities, I thought I would be able to help answer questions and point community members in the right direction - as well as shed some light to those stuck in the unknown of some of the most beautiful ocean front properties in the world.
I work with investors down in Belize from fractional ownerships, undeveloped land investment to private islands. Some may have even seen our Private Islands featured in HGTVs Island Hunters show. I think DP is going to be a great place to help educate those who are curious about some of the exciting hype revolved around Belize.
I am involved with several investment properties myself, and being an investor I know how to use some of my expertise in finding amazing opportunities for those looking to diversify their portfolios. From Fractional ownership to full time residency, down to turnkey income properties. I look forward to building relationships and answering questions. I hope this community will provide an opportunity to find individuals specific needs, and be able to apply it to a real time opportunity.
