Newbie from Fredericksburg, VA
Good-Afternoon, BP Community!!
My name is Rebecca (Beckie) Napier and I live in Fredericksburg, VA. I worked as a Special Investigations Analyst for a private auto insurance carrier for 20 years and have always been intrigued about RE overall. Unfortunately, most RE careers do not guarantee a steady income. I am not a licensed RE agent nor do I have extensive knowledge in the field. I have attended seminars that promise to make you a WEALTHY RE Investor if you participate in their more in depth 3 day seminar (for a fee of course).
I am READY to make the steps necessary in securing a GREAT FUTURE for my family. I would like to start off buying homes around the Fredericksburg, VA area, then branch out to other areas. I am currently looking for a home that is suitable for my first flip. With this being said, I would greatly appreciate any assistance that the BP Community can give. I am sure I will be asking some questions! So happy to have found BP when I was researching RE Investing. Hope to create many new friendships along the way.
