New to the investing community and on a very small scale.  We have built three homes acting as sub-contractor, total remodel, and one lock-and-key.

Currently, we have a million dollar home that we would love to lease in an economically challenged area. and have a couple of other investments in the works.  The area is gorgeous with the TN River running through it and with a very strong university.  People love it here.  One hour from Huntsville, 1.5 hours from Birmingham, and 2 hours from Nashville.

Our current primary home is our main challenge.  How to market a million dollar 6500 SF home on a slough off the TN river for lease with these challenges?

Thank you!
