My name is John Smyth originally from Kilmarnock, Scotland, 25 miles South West of Glasgow for anyone who has knowledge of the area.
Moved to Bradenton Florida having owned an engineering distribution and services business in Glasgow for 13 years.
Passionate about property. Currently have 8 Long term Rental Properties (including 1 commercial) in the UK and 1 in Orlando FL.
I now own a property improvement / remodelling co here in Bradenton. We work with Realtors, Property Managers, Investors and Homeowners.
Simply.... Our goal is to add value to our clients real estate investment.
I am currently planning a foray into the real estate market in Bradenton / Sarasota and I am seeking private money lenders who I can work with to deliver a mutually beneficial ROI.
Properties up to 250k ARV are of particular interest.
