Hello everyone! This is my first post on the forums, but I am certainly active on the blog/podcasts. My business partner and I started into Real Estate investing this year and currently have 2 buildings (5 units) under our management and are currently seeking a 4 unit to add to our buy-and-hold portfolio. We also closed on a flip last week, which we will use the profits from to further our investing. Overall, our strategy is to build a portfolio and secure long-term, passive income from our buildings. In the short term, we are using house flipping to gain cash for future deals. We are able to focus on real estate full-time due to our eCommerce business being automated/self running  (dropandcatch.com), but are still always looking for creative ways to take on more deals/network/learn from others. Glad to meet everyone and any advice is appreciated :D
