I am new to investing
I am new to investing/rehabbing and could use any help getting started. I have a wealth of knowledge from my exhusband who went to school to learn how to invest and rehab properties, as well was a realtor. I am looking to jump into flipping in the beginning to build funds then rehab to sell. Any advice is much appreciated. :)
