Looking forward to investing
Finally settled into my own first home, and I'm preparing for taking that next big step of buying rental properties. I've decided I want to avoid mobile homes and commercial properties for now, focusing elsewhere.
Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I'll be participating here while I save up my first downpayment. Glad to see there's such a busy site discussing these topics!
