Hey Everyone! My name is Mike from Midland, Tx. I currently work full time in the Oil & Gas Industry but would love to become a full time investor in the very near future. I'm a big Robert Kiyosaki fan and try to follow suit form what he has mentioned in his books. I heard about this site mentioned on a podcast for Real Estate Investors. I honestly never considered myself an investor since I'm an amateur, but I do have a few deals (Single Family) under my belt and I'm looking to continue growing my portfolio through the buy and hold method. I'm interested in single family and multifamily investments as well as fixer users. I have done one "accidental" flip with my Dad, that being I was offered to purchase the house after renovations. So, we sold the property. 

I would love to learn from some of you more experienced veterans. More specifically Wholesales and Multifamily. I am extremely motivated and ready to consume as much information y'all are willing to share. The ultimate goal is to leave/quite my J.O.B. and be able to live life on my own terms. Chasing real estate is a perfect fit and has worked really well over the past few years.
