Howdy y'all! I'm excited to be part of the BP community and eager to absorb all the great advice and education here! Bit of background, my hubs is the brains of our real estate investment operation (he loves all things math & spreadsheets -- I'm slowly learning) and I'm looking to compliment his skill set with my own! Ultimate goal - I quit my day job and manage our properties full time :)
We have one single family rental currently and are searching for a second. Austin is a very saturated market so we're exploring our options in the surrounding suburbs! Any and all advice/guidance is greatly appreciated!
