New investor in Maui, Hawaii.
I'm looking to invest in distressed homes on Maui to flip or rent. I have a real estate appraisal background and currently work as a commercial lender for a local financial institution. Would like to collaborate with other investors or simply gain more knowledge from veteran investors out there.
