William, New member from so cal
Hi BP, my name is William Kerns and I'm from Yucaipa,CA. I'm joining BP because I'm recently engaged and thinking about starting a family. Therefore I'm starting to look into real estate. I have a fairly good job with the largest mining outfits in CA. So I have the job security I want. But a little more financial freedom would be nice. I've been thinkin buy and hold rentals. Possibly a duplex I can live in while renting out the other unit to take some of the burden off of me. Maybe eventually expanding from there. Great to be here and can't wait to learn the ins and outs. Thanks BP
