Hi Everyone,
My name is Mishaal Mohiuddin and I recently joined BiggerPockets after seeing a few mentions on the FastLane Forum, which is a forum that I frequently visit.
I currently work full-time as a UX Designer at a digital agency in Toronto in addition to being a real-estate investor to earn passive income. Cities outside of the GTA like Barrie, Hamilton, St. Catherines, and Guelph are all very appealing options to me. My focus is primarily on buy-and-hold, cash-flow generating student houses, but I am looking to slowly expand my portfolio to small apartment units as well over the next few years.
I'm looking forward to connecting with other like-minded folks, sharing my own experiences, and learning from everyone.
