5.9 % Return of Investment
Hi guys, this is my first post and i wanted to see what % cash flow you are receiveing your investment. I am currently getting an average of 5.9% on my investments. These homes are in very good areas of the city. What % return are you guys getting? Is 5.9% a decent return?
