Hello everyone! I have recently joined this site, and is fairly excited and optimistic about real estate investing. Born and raised in NC, I currently reside in Tacoma, WA. I am a active duty Army officer. I currently own three houses; two in TX and my current residence. I am interested in doing loan assumptions, short sales, as well as buy and move, and whenever I move I'll be looking to purchase my next home!
